Wall

Creativity is what we do best. This room here was completely open with no purpose  originally other than an oversized, outdated wet bar/kitchenette. We added some walls to create an extra storage area, additional bedroom with a wall in closet. Notice the stone accent wall with a fireplace. The best thing, the book shelves/cases open up to a Murphy bed. When these customers have company, this can be an over flow for guests.

Here's the best part, we turned a 2 bedroom condo into a 3 bedroom. Not only did we give them additional storage and sleeping quarters, we increased the value of their condo.
